Abstract

I am a judge. The Constitution is an action document for me. I make a decision on the case based on the content of its text. Extracting the content of the Constitution, like any other document, from the text is a process of interpretation, and the question that arises is: How do you explain the Constitution? The answer is wrong if we say - "words matter, do what you want for political expediency". Words mean just that. Cigarettes are not elephants. I am a judge and not a politician. I do not have a political agenda. I am not a representative of the electorate. This is not my role and I have no desire to impose my subjective will on the state. I am required to act thoughtfully, objectively, consistently.
