Abstract

The state, the church, religious groups or various political and cultural organizations are public formations, the interdependence between which, as an integral part of the realization of these units, is constantly changing. Modern society, which is a multicultural and multireligious environment, requires not only the definition of relations between different groups, but also the creation of preconditions for harmonization and diversity on the part of the state, which will be the basis for peaceful and just coexistence. This does not mean inter-religious or inter-religious discourse and ideological or worldview mediation between different independent entities by the state, but the need to understand the interdependence and constitutional principles that ultimately guarantee the sustainability and equitable functioning of societies.
