Abstract

In this essay, here is briefly examined Christian concept of Justice, which is applied by the church through its court. Christian
justice as a goodness of redemption here is analyzed under the light of Gospel and then, confirmed by the patristic tradition, in particular the canon law tradition, which is presented by Church councils in order to highlight its importance for Church’s redemptive mission
